'Napoleon Dynamite' review!

'Napoleon Dynamite' review!

Sunday night brought a debut expected series of "Napoleon Dynamite" with two episodes of the premiere of Fox.

Needless to say, if the original 2004 film was not your cup of tea, you are not a lot, too. So what does this offer to your fans?

One thing the film was going for it was the original comic voice. There just was not anything like "Napoleon Dynamite," or its characters, and they all returned, and, for the most part, expressed the same actors in this series.

Napoleon's trademark mannerisms and here, and some characters, such as Diedrich Bader, Rex, to have a big role. In the first episode, Rex ran something of a fight club, who joined Napoleon, because some acne cream made him impervious to pain.

Problems, especially with the first episode, was that the shorter the time and animation format seems to have a faster rate than we saw in the movies, who took part charm, which was in the movie. This show is polished animation Fox prime-time, and it was then that the lack of polish that made the original film as well, "sweet".

My fear that this may be just another Seth MacFarlane series of clones (minus the pop culture references) has been somewhat mitigated by the second episode, thanks to the pairing of different characters "Scanatronica" love machine. This should have been a little more heart to it.

Here's hoping to show more moves in the direction that the second episode, and more recaptures the tone, which made the film so special.
